Sun Signs
This is about a book that I'm reading called Sun Signs, A quote that I found in the book would be when she said to her friends " No I'm not okay I have cancer." (Sun Signs Pg 143)
The connection that i would make to this quote would be someone i know in the following ways it is a connection because i can remember when my aunt was going threw cancer when i was little, but i didn't really know what was happening. We were always over at her house, or in the hospital when she was there. I can remember asking my mom if my aunt was going to be okay and she tyred to explain to me that she probably wasn't going to get better because she was really sick, because i didn't really know what cancer was at that point and that she probably wasn't going live much longer. So i think that this connects to the books quote because the girl is trying to tell her friends that she probably is going to be getting any better but she didn't just want to tell them she is going to die.
The connection you made with your life and the book that you were reading sounds like there alot alike.
