The book im reading is called "Cinderella Cleaners" by Maya Gold. In it my question is What will Diana's parents reaction be when they see that she is not at home and she has got a babysitter to watch the 2 sisters. I think that Fay her step mom will be very mad and upset, and i dont think her dad will care as much as Fay will. I think he might be a bit upset because he knew Diana really wanted to go to opening night, but what he doesnt know is that she didnt go to opening night at her school she went to an opening concert so that is what i will think he will be most upset about and how she lied to him.

Heroic qualities in the protagonist: Diana is kind of self-sacrifice because she really wanted to audition for the school play, but she cant because she has started a new job and her dad dry cleaners shop. So it is self-sacrifice because she gives of going to the audition and going to help her dad.
Direct quotation:"Fay is waiting for me outside to take me over to the dry cleaners to help my dad."

I picked this picture because the fire fighter sacrificed his life with going in the fire to get the little girl, he helped the little girl with getting out but he also could have hurt him self with going in the fire.

Character Archetypes

My character is Skye her character archetype would be the Hero because she thinks shes the best at her old school. But when she moves to her new school everyone is as good as her, so she learns how to be more her self.
She figures this out because her school is for kids that think they do everything really good.

Main Character

From reading this book I have learned that the main character Kaleigh is a girl that sits behind the computer all day because she doesn't go to school so this is how she does her school work. Later on in the story she has found out that she has gotten cancer, and she had to get chemo therapy. She talks a lot to her friends online until she finds out they are all liars except for one who becomes her best friend.
As the story progressed when i was reading it when she said she had cancer i thought that she would get really sick and than maybe die or her cancer would go away but, both of my thoughts were not true because when the story ended she still had cancer.

I picked this song because in the movie the girl has cancer, and than in my book the main character has cancer.

                                                                          Sun Signs

This is about a book that I'm reading called Sun Signs,  A  quote that I found in the book would be when she said to her friends " No I'm not okay I have cancer." (Sun Signs Pg 143)

The connection that i would make to this quote would be someone i know in the following ways it is a connection because i can remember when my aunt was going threw cancer when i was little, but i didn't really know what was happening. We were always over at her house, or in the hospital when she was there. I can remember asking my mom if my aunt was going to be okay and she tyred to explain to me that she probably wasn't going to get better because she was really sick, because i didn't really know what cancer was at that point and that she probably wasn't going live much longer. Sun Signs By:Shelley Hrdlitschka

The book I'm reading is call Sun Signs, and its about a girl named Kaleigh and she has is e-mailing people about what to do for her Science project that is coming up. She was asking everyone for ideas and still didn't know what to do so she asked her one best friend and she told her to do it on astrology because she always read magazine's about it and one day she wanted to grow up to be an Astrologer. So once her friend told her that she knew that was the perfect thing, but she just had to email her science teacher to make sure she could do it on the topic. Once her science teacher emailed her back he said it wasn't the best idea but she could do it so she did. Once she started  to do it she e-mailed her favorite Astrologer about how she predicts what the sun sign is going to be each month.

After reading almost the whole story i think it is a good book although it is a bit hard to follow who is speaking because all the characters are emailing back and forth so if you forget to look at who is sending to and who is receiving it, it can be a bit hard to follow. Also another thing that makes it hard to follow is that if you look at who is sending it and who is receiving it, it only shows there email address not there name so you need to look at the bottom of the page first to see who just sent to message, in less you remember some of the email address.

I picked this quote because I think it is very true. Like when you are reading a great idea will pop up in your head, either because all of the descriptive words or just because. Also I like this quote because it could also be when you are writing your own story something could come to you either an idea about anything or something you could add to your story you are writing. It also would not need to be writing a story it could be writing anything.
